RF100
A truly fine polenta, with far fresher taste than any other source I've found. Entirely versatile, with a satisfying "tooth" to the final creamy product. Very happy it's so easily available. (I've bought from online sites; always just so-so.) Quite a meal with Domingo Rojo beans, and a fine porridge with maple syrup and roasted pepitas.
We bought this as a gift to an Italian-American who's a superb chef and makes polenta a lot and she said it's the best she's ever used.
Polenta is a European corn. Turtle Island maize GRITS!
By any other name, they taste as sweet: well, actually they’re better.
I can’t believe how much flavor this polenta has! Delicious
I can't believe how much flavor is in this corn. It's like we've never really had corn before. And the texture is great. Never going back to yellow mass-produced grocery store stuff again.
