Bisbee black thriving in Phoenix

I planted these as cover crops for my raised beds and in my fruit tree basins in Phoenix in May. I think all of them germinated and are doing great. I haven’t harvested any beans yet but will. 5 stars

Exceeded expectations

I bought these to try as a summer cover crop in the Phoenix area. I couldn’t believe how fast they sprouted (100% came up). I had a lot of black aphids on 2/12 plants. I sprayed them with soap water, but nearly killed the plants! I thought they were gonners, but was pleasantly surprised that they have bounced back. The aphids came back to two of the plants, but are staying away from the rest of the plants are thriving even in the summer heat.
