Maybe not for Mojave Desert

I Started 4 Seeds, lost two before transplant and then lost the other two after transplant. I started 4 more. Just transplanted this past weekend and so far, so good. I am a beginner, container gardener, so these beans might not be suitable for a container. But my Sonoran White are doing fantastic in a container. This second batch of Rock Corral seed, I made sure not to saturate after sprouting and made sure to let seedling experience a bit a drought stress as instructed. I really hope these beans work out. I really want to grow flora that are native to our southwest and suitable for local fauna and for very high temperatures and arid conditions.

Rock corral seed

It might be my methods, i have had bad germination results with the rock corral canyon beans. I have 2 unopened packs to try but my first one was a bust.

Beans

I ordered three different kinds of beans and two types of tomatoes. I haven’t planted the Rock Corral Canyon Wild Tepary beans yet but if they grow as well as the other beans and the tomatoes they will be fantastic! I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely order again!

I haven’t gotten the seeds into the ground yet, I’m afraid!

Rock Corral Canyon Wild Tepary

I purchased several varieties of Tepary beans. I live in Kansas and my planting season is in spring - about 5+ months away. I am looking forward to planting them, watching them grow, harvesting, and finally tasting/eating them! I will update then! Thanks.
